The Latest

So I guess I should probably give you an update on my life. Well we have officialy moved into our house and we both love it. It is smaller than are old place but that fact that it is an actual house is good for us. We were getting tired of the duplex and apartment life. It has a fenced in yard for the kids to play and they are both loving hanging out outside! Both of the kids are doing awesome Connor just started Busy Buddies again this week and he has such a blast there. Today is show and tell day and he told me he wants to bring his Hoodwinked DVD to show everyone! Zachary is keeping me on my toes, he is getting into EVERYTHING! I don't recall Connor getting into anything he could touch so this is a bit different for me and he's still needing to learn that no means no because when I say no to him he just smiles and keeps on doing it! I am doing awesome as well keeping myself busy between work and the boys. I've also still been working out as often as I can and have lost 20 pounds so far! I am very happy with the weight that has come off so far and hope that it continues to come off. I was so happy last week because I was able to fit into a pair of jeans that were from before I got pregnant with Zach and they actually had some room in there! Now I just have to keep working hard so I can fit into the jeans from before Connor......

I love watching them interact with eachother and have fun and laugh together!!

So Stylish

So today I decided to play with some of my moms styling gel with the boys. I think that they turned out cute! Don't think I'd do it every day on them but once in awhile maybe!

I was able to get the kids in the pool right before it started raining here. I think that it is safe to say that Zachary enjoyed himself immensly! Even if it only lasted about 5 minutes before the thunder and lightning came!

Swim time

Well got the pool set up yesterday for the boys and so far they have enjoyed it, hopefully soon we'll get a bigger pool for the whole family to be in but for now this works! I think Connor is missing the pool at Juniper since he hasn't had Busy Buddies and then the pools been closed for renonvations for the past 3 weeks. It's supposed to open back up next Monday and Connor will start Busy Buddies again next Monday!

Connor is loving his new back yard!! He is out there all the time playing and I like that he is not couped up inside watching Nick Jr. all day long!

I love how his eyes are so blue in this picture! I think that his eyes might actually stay blue! Connor had blue eyes but then they turned to hazel but so far Zach's hasn't changed!

Wow, I can't believe how big these guys are getting! It is amazing to sit across the table from them and watch them eat their breakfast together! To know that these children were once inside me is just crazy to think about! I do believe I am ready for baby #3 but now I just have to convince Asa of that!!

Zachary thought he was hot stuff with these sunglasses on but then once he took them off he didn't know how to put them on and as you can tell he got himself a little flustered!

Alrighty now he's just pissed that he can't get these back on! Good thing mommy was there to help him out a little (all while laughing let me tell you!)

Fun, Fun Fun!!!

So I took the kids to the park today with Courtney and Seb. All the boys had a blast. This was Zach's first time at the park and he did absolutely awesome! We were there for over two hours and he didn't fuss at all. But I have to tell you I completely forgot about sunscreen and so Zach and I are a little red now! Luckily Zach isn't too bad but my face is pretty darn red and you can tell that I wore sunglasses! The park that we went to is actually right down the street from our new house so hopefully I'll be taking them there often! Towards the end Zachary started to really like the slide but he didn't realize that he'd have to take his hands off the side to go down so he would get himself stuck and it was pretty darn cute! Gosh I love these boys so much, they never fail to make me laugh!

This kid is just so darn cute!! I was getting flustered trying to get him to look at me and smile without crawling towards me and alas my last shot and I finally got the right picture! Of course it is a little blurry but what can you do?!?!

Art Time!

So my mom and I decided to get Connor a paint kit from Wal-Mart today and he had so much fun with it! These are actually magnets so we are going to keep one and give the rest of them to family! I got some awesome pictures which is what makes me happy since I can never have enough pictures of my boys! I am going to try to do more art projects with him during the next few weeks because Busy Buddies isn't running due to the indoor pool closure so he needs some type of entertainment besides the TV which we are trying to steer him away from.

So we had a busy weekend! Still trying to pack and then out to my moms for our usual Sunday dinner! But we are coming up too soon on a sad day. In a week and a half Becky is moving to the East Coast and I will truly miss her. We have had our share of ups and downs but no matter what she is family to me. Unlike other family I would never turn my back on her and pretend that she doesn't exist just because their is an issue, she will always be my sister in law. She has been in my life for 5+ years and although her and my brothers relationship is complicated to say the least I wish that it could have worked. But the time has come for both of them to move on. She is my sister in law no matter what and more importantly she is Auntie Becky to my two children and I can only hope that she will continue to be involved in their lives because they love her so dearly!
